Modalities

Depending on your needs, there are a number of modalities that can be integrated into your comprehensive care. I also work with other providers if needed. Most commonly physical therapists, lifestyle, or behavioral health experts - including our Team. If additional testing, labs, or imaging is needed, these referrals will be made. Above all, collaboration with you, and all your physicians and providers is key in optimizing your well being whether we see you in clinic, your home, or by Tele-Health

RESPECTNG DIFFERENCES
All of us have a unique way
of being and thinking.
I will respect your needs
and work with you
to create a plan of care
that respects
your differences.
